my first game ever for my first game jam ever

This game took heavy inspiration from the game Vampire Survivors
Run around in a 2d top down roguelike roguelike shoot 'em up while trying to survive by dodging the enemies walking towards you with your weapons automatically retaliating.
Level up, collect more weapon and or passive items and then increase the levels of said items to increase your power.
after around the 9:20 minute mark is untested waters as i ran out of time to test the later waves that i added, so they could be way too strong or way to weak. i dont know
I've been programming on and off (mostly off) for a few years as a hobby now, this is the first game project I've started that has lasted more than 2 -3 days and that I also got into a playable state.
Still a lot of things I don't know about unity and programming as a whole (especially UI in unity)
Hopefully I'll manage to stay on working on this game even after this game jam and transform it into my own game with my own spin on the genre

This is the first game I have tried playing from a game jam and I honestly had a lot of fun. I'm not very good at this game, but it was simple enough to pick up and play that I ended up doing a few runs with the same character... Will have to try the others and play more. I love the enemies <3 They're so scary. I hope they don't bite, but I'm sure they lick a bunch... gross!
